Pros
Great people and good community vibe at Coralville location. Coralville is a great place to live, especially for young families. Quality products you feel good about making and supporting. Rare to still find company that has its own internal IT, Customer Service, Tech Support, and IDT even makes its own synthesizers, instruments. Big part of success.
Cons
Several ares of underdeveloped infrastructure. Still struggling to find the right organizational model, in need of some key management people who bring industry experience.
