Cons
ICT is now controlled by a private equity firm, focused on short term gains. There has been a senior leadership team swap out over the last year and massive layoffs in R&D, followed by a further ongoing exodus of talent. All this adds to an already very stressful working environment, especially in R&D. There are still plenty of passionate people toiling away, but at times the vibes are of rearranging the deckchairs on the titanic. Time will tell whether this company has a successful long term future. Also note that HR here are not your friend. They push ironic company slogans and food treats down your throat, but when it comes to serious issues like toxic behavior and bullying from leaders (rare but does happen), raising these issues get you nowhere good.
