Pros
Fun activities to look into (e.g. summer outing). Management people were really supportive, appreciative, and humble.You'll feel that company values are always there.
Cons
Culture is traditional. Series of salary increases approval. I observed that there was a lack of supports for the back-office teams and always prioritize their operations (like sales). Though they've mentioned that they care about people, you won't feel the work-life balance.
