Strong Technical Teams Undermined by Dysfunctional Leadership and Lack of Direction - Analyst Integrated Computer Solutions Employee Review

I absolutely loved working here the environment the people the convos were amazing. The owner really cares about his people and displays it in many ways. I no longer work here due to a life event nothing at fault of the company, however if circumstances were different I would have continued my employment for many more years.

The only thing I would say is a “con” is not being able to work remotely.

Pretty flexible, no real pressure to deliver
