Pros

There is little positive to say about this company, as the toxic environment has contributed to significant emotional distress, ultimately leading to mental depression.

Cons

The workplace faces significant challenges, including a lack of work-life balance, poor management practices, an ineffective COO, and over-dominance from top-tier management. These issues are further compounded by discriminatory behavior and the humiliation of peers, creating an environment of disrespect and hostility. Such a toxic organizational culture not only undermines employee morale but also hampers productivity and organizational growth. The humiliation of colleagues erodes trust, discourages collaboration, and increases employee turnover, as individuals feel devalued and unsupported in their professional development.

Pros

A company that has everything

Cons

Everything includes: 1) Bad leadership 2) Gossip mongers 3) Sexist males (specially COO) and HR 4) Sexual harrasment 5) Bad pay - quite below standard industry level 6) Incapable account leads 7) CEO is also quite incapable - not sure if he is still the CEO 8) Way too much politics and toxicity among people 9) Ohh, also, has a POSH policy but doesn’t apply when needed. Says, men are like this only, what to do? 10) And ofcourse, zero respect for work-life balance 11) Not at all secural - big time hatred and disrespect for Muslims and their culture

Pros

Good for learning, good for freshers

Cons

Working late and working over the weekends were glorified. Some seniors are extremely nosy, whether it's personal life or professional, they don't know the boundary. An extreme amount of micromanagement.
