      Pros

      Visited a beautiful winery in Oregon prior to the pandemic.

      Cons

      I have never seen so many people in a company come and go in little over a year. They will chew you up and spit you out with zero hesitation. The CEO is a misogynist who will fire you the second you disagree with him. Not to mention, this company is Greenwashing at its finest. Don't work here.

      Won't be around much longer

      Cons

      Poor management, proven record of not caring about employees. You will be a cog to the board of directors and their demands that do not make sense for business. Overworked and underpaid. Employees do not get raises while the board and founder continue to thrive. This is not the kind of company that will survive the next few years.
