      Pros

      Enjoy working with the team. Everyone is always willing to help. Mixture of onsite/remote work. Easy access to leadership. Consistently encouraging professional & personal growth. Love interacting with our clients

      Cons

      depending upon your schedule you may spend extended time sitting in front of a computer. Haven't incorporated some perks you may receive from a larger company because IAG is still growing (i.e. community service day)

      Pros

      The best part of working for Integrated Axis Group is the comradery. Being a veteran and trying to find that in the civilian world is really hard. When I came into IAG I was welcomed in like everyone had known me for years. Everyone one here is so knowledgeable and I know if I can not figure something out, the solution is just a phone call to a coworker away.

      Cons

      I would say the only real downside to working here is sitting down for so long. Working in IT is not a physical job so I expected that and can't really complain, but if I had to say there is any cons, it would just be that.
