IAS is a great place to work. IAS personnel are very seasoned at what they do and are very supportive of each other. The average tenure of an employee is over 10 years, which I find to be unique amongst IT professionals since there is usually so much turnover. Part of that is because of Amy Rao. She is a fantastic CEO and true philanthropist. She hires smart people with good attitudes, runs a relatively flat organization, make sure there good work/life balance, and takes good care of her people. IAS is family oriented. If you work at IAS, you may never want to work anywhere else!
