Pros

The better you are at your job, the more you comply, the more lax management is, and that makes the job somewhat bearable.

Cons

Toilets are clogged with faeces festering for months, now, including a non-functional urinal with waste in it, gradually evaporating. Management has been informed, multiple times, and employees are starting to have coughing fits. There is also no soap, in the restrooms. Again, hasn't been taken care of, in months. Employees being hand sanitizer, and have purchased hand soap, in the past. During Spring and Summer, breaks are extremely limited. People work 40+ hours per week, but only 20 minutes of break time, daily, which is going to the bathroom, which employees get griped at for, and sometimes harassed by management and the owner, during. They had an employee, 9 months pregnant, cleaning the bathrooms and working 40+ hours, per week. People go without food, sometimes, on account of them not allowing lunches. Then, they cut staff and hours, when its all slowed down, in an effort to burn through each person possible. This job affects people,s health, negatively, and is a triggering environment, for some. The owner only grabs onto the shoulders, of those that he finds most attractive, rubbing their shoulders, and asserting his power, creepily. He also berates and harasses management, sometimes to the point where they are in tears. Management bullies or manipulates employees to work more hours that they should, just so that they can leave work, early, as though many other employees don't have families to go see, as well. Management likes to make their problems, everyone else's problem, because people don't show up to work on time, or at all, and people are always quitting, on account of the stress and pain that comes from having to hold in waste and not being able to eat. People also leave, because there are gnats and other pests and parasites that bite you, while you work. All on account of standing water, in filthy dishes, in the kitchenette sink, trash that is taken out, once a week, and toilets that contain festering human waste. The worst part is that employees are rendered powerless. So much so, that their only options are, if they have no other prospects, is to endure it, comply, and keep their mouths shut, or leave. But, when people quit, and no one is willing to apply there, they will call people that they've fired, and people that have moved on, to come back. They can be overheard on the phone, always, talking to whomever they want to come back, or to the owner about who's going to be fired and why, or whatever is spoken about over that phone. Management is shady and manipulative, and whole-heartedly unprofessional. The owner orders pizza, only so that people won't get up from their desks, except to use the restroom. Meanwhile, there are no windows, and you may see outside, for only 5 minutes, out of a 10 hour day, then they'll act like they've handed you the world and you should be grateful. They opened up a new location, in San Marcos, and they aren't taking it. They've had one walkout, already, and they haven't been around, for six months. The Denton office is moving to a different building, on the other side of town, which is why employees must endure such filthy and hazardous conditions. This is an abusive and toxic working environment that needs intervention, from the state, or someone with the moral courage to ACTUALLY put a stop to all of this.
