Pros

This company is very flexible in scheduling shifts to work.

Cons

The company's human resources or financial department always makes mistakes with employees first pay check. There data or records for hours worked or always off in the beginning and they automatically take 1 hour away for lunch for whether you toke a lunch or not. Most employees never clock out for lunch because the system automatically takes a hour away from worked for lunch used or not used.

Pros

Working around the airline industry was always fun and interesting. Everyone I ever worked with in that atmosphere were team players.

Cons

The hours were not that great, but our compensation made up for that.

Pros

At the time there was solid station manager overseeing the SEA station. He did a great job of running the station and making the best of it even though he got little backing from the corporate office in Denver.

Cons

The owner of the company and many corporate "officers." They did not value the employees and saw them as expendable. Little to no money was put into the station and the station equipment was old and prone to frequent breakdowns.
