Pros

The entire team is ALWAYS available when I need them! I love the positive energy and admire the leaders in the company! I have been on a client site for 6months. The leaders, as well as other team members are constantly reaching out to me to make sure all is well and that I have everything I need to perform my job. They make resources available and check in with me to ensure I am happy on my project. It's a great feeling to know I have an awesome team that care about me well being! Truly thankful :-)

Pros

Dynamics AX, like many Enterprise Resource Planning systems, is not something you implement in your company without the right help. While there are many Partners out there that can help you, none can provide the hands-on approach and one to one support as Integral. What makes them most impressive is the care and feeding they provide to the training and support aspect, an area where many Partners lose focus. The company is run by one of the most professional people I’ve met and someone whose focus is to always do what’s right by the employee and customer. The company is very creative and someone you would want helping you with any AX initiative because as those who’ve been through or led an AX initiative, they rarely go as planned. Integral is a company able to put the right people and solution in front of you so there is always success and less pressure about the idea of a failed AX project. From Advisory, Delivery, Training and Support, you could not be in better hands.

Cons

None, they are a hungry growing firm and it’s a great time to engage with them compared to a large organization who has lost touch with The Customer.

Pros

The work is challenging in helping customers resolve or implement MS Dynamics AX on a support basis. As Integral has grown your peers are true professionals and are always willing to help. The customer list is growing so you help customers across many industries. The management team is focused on providing excellent support to their customer and are very responsive to their employees and contractors.

Cons

As a growing firm there are typical growing pains that you may experience. I have not found any issue that was not listened to and resolved but you must speak up since most work is done remotely.
