Pros

ISL is an extremely supportive company. Not only do they exhibit the core values express during trainings, they carry a culture that I have never experienced anywhere else. ISL strives for excellence and wants the best for their employees from a corporate and community level. It's nice to work for a company that makes me feel like I make a difference and my job is no less important than any other position held. "We are a company of common sense, keep it simple"

Cons

I've been at the current community 15 years and I wish they would have taken over sooner.

The team cultivated was always amazing to work with and are a great team!

Cons

The business office falls 100% short of competence regarding customer service for its employees, residents and especially its consumers.
