Leaders empower you to make decisions best for your communities and don't snuff out your creativity. Thinking outside the box is not just welcomed, it's cherished. ISL/SSL expects you to have fun, work hard, perform, and will provide you support to be successful. If you're not having fun at work or feeling like you don't want to come to work every day....You should join ISL/SSL because it will inspire you to want to. Working for places who put NUMBERS before PEOPLE means it’s time to make a change! I've worked for a few senior living operators and by far ISL/SSL has the BEST Culture! I was ready to leave the industry due to burnout, feeling unappreciated and poor culture, but after being introduced to ISL/SSL my fire has been refueled. People want to live where people want to work. I love working with ISL/SSL and you will too!
Cons
ISL/SSL is a growing company and with any growing company means multiple systems are required to get work completed. However, the latest technologies are on its way. New tech will be well received. Other than that, I can't think of anything negative.
