Pros

The culture, the leadership, the people. Here it's not just pretty posters with pithy positive catchphrases. I came in and realized within the first week that the inclusive, encouraging and positive culture permeates from the top leaders all the way down to line associates.

Cons

Our work with residents is deeply emotional as we create vibrant communities. Having long-term working relationships with our residents means that our associates experience real life alongside them in our communities - the celebratory highs as well as the sad lows when a resident moves on. Fortunately our associates are professionals and are provided with the training and support to bring their authentic selves to everything they do.

The business office falls 100% short of competence regarding customer service for its employees, residents and especially its consumers.
