Pros
Residents, associates, support from above. The mission statement and culture of this company is not just words on paper. They live them, expect you to live them and want you to have a culture that blooms through your community, they support you to reach it. The company works with you though difficult situations, you will hear from the CEO, COO and regional support when you need it, it's real, it's not just the motion and they are there to truly help. The company is set up to support each area of service, from building maintenance, to culinary, to operational and accounting. They have a dedicated team on advancing tools to allow us to spend less time in the office and more time on the floor. The sales support is insane, and many hands in your success is constant. I have worked for only 4 companies in my life, but some big names in the hospitality industry and Solstice is a company of common sense that makes it easy to want to come to work each day.....
Cons
Pay to your market and understanding your location, not just matching it up to the nearest sister property. Looking at cost of living to the pay is critical. Getting community upgrades is a time consumed process at times. Every company has cons, but I am grasping at straws to come up with cons of this company, if your lucky enough to get in, you will see its awesome yourself.
