It's the people. You feel incredibly supported. The culture emphasizes looking for the good, not the gotcha. It values authenticity, positivity, and looking for solutions, not rewarding fault finding . It inspires initiative. The strength of this company's culture leads directly to making life better for our residents and enjoying our workplace. On my first day, there was a company-wide zoom call hosted by the Culture Council. The event celebrated our associates who were making a difference. I admit to thinking that the shine and polish of the culture might wear off a little bit. How could they commit so much time to celebration? I have now seen it. We do make the time to celebrate!
