Pros

It's the people. You feel incredibly supported. The culture emphasizes looking for the good, not the gotcha. It values authenticity, positivity, and looking for solutions, not rewarding fault finding . It inspires initiative. The strength of this company's culture leads directly to making life better for our residents and enjoying our workplace. On my first day, there was a company-wide zoom call hosted by the Culture Council. The event celebrated our associates who were making a difference. I admit to thinking that the shine and polish of the culture might wear off a little bit. How could they commit so much time to celebration? I have now seen it. We do make the time to celebrate! I've see how the culture is nurtured, and how we all contribute to AND benefit from it. It drives our performance,
