Pros

Mostly daytime work, respectable and interesting residents from different lifestyles and professional backgrounds. You get some sense of life's meaning in helping elderly residents in their time of need as they are in their last days and cannot do for themselves.

Cons

No Communication; no employee retention, childish behavior from department heads, favoritism of certain employees. Social Security numbers and other applicant(s)' confidential information left out on top of management desks for anybody to obtain and use for criminal endeavors of their own liking.

The team cultivated was always amazing to work with and are a great team!

Cons

The business office falls 100% short of competence regarding customer service for its employees, residents and especially its consumers.
