Not many unless you're into stress

This company is greedy cares only about the bottom line is pressuring Directors of Sales & GM’s to sell during this pandemic, micromanagement to the full degree of that word, support team that changes every six months and recreates the wheel, is just a make-work department with unrealistic expectations and ideas just make this job even more stressful, Think they have this great culture but is looks and sound like a bunch of kids came up with it. Vacation time you cant use and weak health insurance no 401K match. And they had no PPE ready employees where ask to take temperatures of people with no protection at the beginning of this horrible event LOOK ELSEWHERE there are better run Senior Living Companies

The team cultivated was always amazing to work with and are a great team!

Cons

The business office falls 100% short of competence regarding customer service for its employees, residents and especially its consumers.
