Pros
The caliber of the people struck me during the interview process and even more so after I joined. The depth of their technical expertise is impressive but so is their general business acumen. The team is fun. Management does their best to make a remote workforce feel like a team. Everyone is treated well from what I've experienced, from the entry-level consultants to the veterans. I like the people I work with, which means a lot.
Cons
The company has faced the same challenges as other consulting companies have due to COVID. They've dealt with it as well as possible, including getting the entire team together for some fun and bonding.
