Pros
Integral is a supportive, caring, and exciting place to work. The team is a close-knit group of incredibly smart and passionate people who want you to learn and grow with them. As an intern, a major advantage of working at Integral is the openness of the employees- everyone is willing to work with you and let you in on projects and other opportunities that you are curious about.
Cons
The only 'con' I experienced was working remotely. That being said, Integral was able to foster a unique and productive work environment even though we were not together in an office.
