- Everyone is really friendly, approachable, and willing to help - Get to work with innovative products across LED and Memory - Strong culture of promoting from within, with some even moving cross department if there are opportunities - In the midst of a digital transformation with new processes and tech being utilised - Because of its size, you feel like you're making a real impact with lots of opportunity to take on responsibility - Very dynamic environment with not too much bureaucracy that you might see at a big corp
