Pros

The owner, Adam, is very transparent about how the business is run and involves employees in the business more than any other company I've ever worked for. Employees are even able to participate in bonus sharing after a brief probationary period. There's no shortage of fun and exciting technologies to work on. From learning entry level desktop support to server and network management, you can be part of a distinguished team of IT professionals who are second to none. It's so rewarding! Because the team is relatively small, as an employee your input is valued more than any other place I've previously worked. Everyone at Integral is part of a close-knit IT family and it really shows in the camaraderie amongst the team as well as in the quality support provided for clients.

Cons

In my 3.5 years at Integral I had no major gripes to report. Integral's management team is very dedicated to ensuring each employee enjoys what they do and the workplace in which they do it.

Pros

We have lots of say in how the company is run. Rules are minimal and make total sense. As technicians we are trusted to do our jobs without micro management. We are rewarded for a best effort.

Cons

I haven't run in to any negatives that have bothered me.

Pros

There is a fridge and a very small kitchen with some snacks in it. They claimed they restocked the snacks weekly but it only got restocked once or twice in the 3 months I was there. The pay just went up to about $25-$26 an hour to start.

Cons

The owner will contunally tell you that you must bill 60% of your time to clients in order for the business to not lose money and then will also complain about you billing too much time to clients. Good luck finding that line on your own because it is not well defined. There was also hardly anything for me to work on and I constantly heard about how busy people are yet they don't seem to close many tickets and didn't assign me hardly anything to work on. It's pretty hard to bill 60% of your time when you have nothing to do. Very uncomfortable and very dirty office environment. Plan on back/neck pain with the very non-ergonomical desk setup. Bring your own cleaning supplies if you want to have any space clean. There is only one small bathroom for the whole company to share, right next to where your office will be. The sink is falling apart in there. There are no shelves and no countertop space in the bathroom so good luck if you wear contact lenses or need to set anything down in there. They claim they are flexible and will allow some remote work but immediately started to complain when I would work remotely. With the unsanitary and disorganized condition of the office space, I did not enjoy coming into the office and just wanted to be working from home. This was "not allowed during your first 90 days; while on probation" so enjoy the dirty workspace. Medical and Dental benefit offerings are extremely expensive. Owner seems to discriminate on cannabis users, even if they have a medical card.
