I worked here from August 2022 to March 2024, mostly as a contract employee. I gave my notice to pursue other options. I was assured I would be paid my remaining vacation balance via email shortly after announcing my resignation in March. Then after some weeks I asked for a status update. On April 18th 2024 I received confirmation via text message I would be getting the vacation payout but there was a computer issue. This was the last I ever heard from the management at Integral Engineering Group. My last correspondence to them was 5/10/24. The date I am writing this review is 5/29/24. It appears I will not be receiving my vacation payout and I have been "ghosted" by an engineering firm. While they are not legally obligated to pay out my thousands of dollars of earned vacation time, paying it out is the industry standard practice and I would have appreciated communication or an explanation as to why after 19 months of faithful and quality service to this company. Please consider this before considering accepting an offer from this firm.
