      My immediate team was consistently hamstrung by the structure of the company, with people at the highest level refusing to adapt and listen, and would slash our budgets with no warning.

      Interesting work . Full autonomy. High level specialist referrals and GP referrals.

      Cons

      None for my day to day job. Just a shame the board of the company are so inept. No one on the board with any actual experience running a radiology company . They just think because they’ve been M&A lawyers that any industry is just widgets and being on the board is a matter of managing widgets. Truly no idea. The degree of ignorance of the board and ineptness in managing the company is truly staggering.
