Pros
The culture works well for a core group who stay the course. Senior management, including HR, really do care what employees have to say and are responsive, wherever possible.
Cons
Senior turnover had been a major issue, but it seems to have stabilized. Unclear though with new ownership. Industry challenges which may impact future growth.
