Pros
Owners are down to earth and I feel they actually care about their employees when we have company functions
Cons
Basically it all comes down to volume when it answering phone calls or emails.. I first hand witnessed my department skim off the top for the very easy responses to customers inquires and leave the complicated ones to the real customer service representatives and whats disheartening is you are reprimanded for actually doing your job and only produce low numbers but in retrospect the ones who skim get rewarded and the supervisor actually calls out your numbers in front of your coworkers.. so beware if you apply.
