      Pros

      Integer has a quality culture. Very much employee and customer focused. It has an excellent leadership team. Senior and executive leaders in Quality Organization work well with members from other organizations to build a robust and sustainable culture. I learn and build my career everyday. Company is big on diversity and inclusion.

      Close to home and no traffic to contend with.

      Woke ideology has destroyed the culture by racially profiling white males, and making hiring based on a persons skin color or sexual orientation, which is a federal violation of the civil rights act of 1964.
