All they care about is having a good learning attitude. * Have no hierarchy. The company has a very flat co structure. * Can totally have work-life balance. The company would not require you to work overtime. *Can immerse yourself in the first front tier of trading environment. *The company has Nintendo Switch to help employees to recharge themselves. *They also have the gym and swimming pool which are free to use.

* The company would give you lots of freedom and would not look over you every minute, so if you have any questions toward the work, you need to be actively asking questions.
