      Higher than average salary, big boss generous, annual Raya celebration, got angpau, 2/3 times bonus but 1month salary, great increments based on education qualification.

      Cons

      Need to overtime everyday including weekend, no career growth & no training provided, if u want to be in comfort zone, this is the right place.

      Good place for fresh grad to start. After 2-3 years, run as far as you can.

      Cons

      Micromanagement final boss. Long working hours. No benefits whatsoever. Useless HR
