WE ARE A TEAM! - Purchasing Agent Intec Automation Employee Review

Each member of the team is appreciated. The morale is high. We are a growing small company so the efforts of each employee affect our success. This is a great motivator. When the company does well we do well. I have been with Intec 8 years now and am still grateful for the opportunity. The work is without health risk and is generally clean for employees on the build floor.

Intec is a growing company. This growth can, at times, require employees to take on extra responsibilities. Management is fair in assessing the need for additional employees when the work load becomes more permanent.

People getting the actual work done are great and the only reason the company can even stay afloat. All problem solving and design finalization are done on the floor where the real talent is at and under acknowledged.

Management, from the top down is a joke. INSECURE, as incapable as I have ever seen and take personal issues to the workplace. Unsafe work area and basic safety guidelines ignored for monetary gains. At one point employees brought their own toilet paper, kinda says it all. Management likes to blame and insult when things get tight or late rather than help or correct.
