I liked how involved I was.

There isn't a lot of work for an intern to do.

There are no pros to working here.

The clients. Management is terrible Unethical business practices No breaks or lunch allowed on an 8 hour or more shift, which I am not even sure is legal. Residences are filthy, residents are slobs that exist only to lay around, eat and produce bodily waste. Pay is bad Co-workers are not too bright, but think they are. You get ambitious co-workers who argue with you about the best way to clean up human waste. Schedule sucks Constant staffing problems. You will never leave the job at the end of your shift because of it. Need more? I can go on.
