Flexible and inviting with strong training, but high family medical costs - Account Manager Inszone Insurance Services Employee Review

I have worked at Inszone for about 2.5 years. We were an agency acquisition for them. This company has always done what they told me they would do. They have amazing management that care and are easy to work with. I have had many opportunities to increase my position in the company and continue to make more money. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a great career with lots of opportunities.

They have goals and responsibilities that they expect you to reach and adhere to. If this is a new thing for you, this may be difficult at first. Workload at times can be high.

Access to many of the carriers

you get a three day crash course then get thrown to the fire. They have many processes sure like other companies, however I don’t believe that these processes make much sense. Starts to feel like you’re spinning your wheels.
