Pros
Insurium is a terrific company that has grown a culture that inpires a collaborative, synergistic teamwork environment. This is no doubt due to the company’s investment in their employees through a very generous benefits package, multiple training opportunities, office offerings (free lunches, well stocked fridge, chipper music), quarterly awards, and happy hours. Additionally, there is a flexible work from home policy that encourages work life balance, and company investment in employee suggested charities. Insurium also has an exciting and obtainable vision for growth coupled with a high level of integrity for delivering the best to its clients.
Cons
The company has recently (8 months) been infused with a diverse, knowledgeable team that is still establishing processes. So patience is needed (but also opportunity to contribute input). Learning the system suite offerings is not for the cliff note driven personality (meaning there will be self initiative required and personal hands on investment in learning).
