- Company is growing aggressively, healthy, and is able to meet objectives and goals outlined. - People are engaged and have genuine care about the success of the company, their teams, and fellow colleagues - Company respects personal time, good work-life balance, and is remote friendly.
Cons
- While I feel the handling of the COVID-19 situation was well executed concerning the safety of the employees, it felt that the company didn't regularly put effort into keeping people connected with non-work virtual events/get-togethers after we were all separated.
