The pay rate is far below the industry standard and absolutely no room for advancement. Also they do not tell you what you're schedule is going to be, so you don't know when you are working.

Thanks for your feedback. We regularly review our salaries and have made a few adjustments since you worked here, so I'm confident that our current salaries are more in line with the local market. As for schedules, usually any changes to scheduled shifts in the Customer Care Department are communicated a few weeks in advance.
At the time of my employment, the company was small and felt very much like a community. It was very warm and welcoming.
Cons
Management at the time was not very professional, communication was lacking and employees weren’t made to feel like contributors towards goals, just pawns. Salaries for certain departments were much less than the industry standard in the state at the time.
