Too my chiefs not enough indians - Operations Administrator Insure Telematics Solutions Employee Review

Very disjointed. With less than 30 staff and 3 main departments, there were over 6 managers and none of the managers knew what the other was doing . Very much a boys club. No constancy in management. Some members of staff got away with murder while others were pulled up over the slightest thing.
