Decent pay for audits, easy approval for the extra time needed. If you are not a strong auditor or don't really care about the company you work for and are just looking for some part time work for pocket change this is the company for you! All the management are currently so far in over their heads that if the new carrier contracts come through like they have been stating you will NEVER hear from management because they can't handle the little bit they have now.

There isn't enough work for a dedicated full time auditor to have a career. There is zero structure and no leader. If you are lucky and someone in management eventually gets back to you, you will get three different answers so you don't know which way to go. Training is multiple videos that drone on and on.
