Pros

I absolutely love working at Insurance Pipeline! The work environment here is amazing, and my manager, Yanique, plays a huge role in that. She genuinely cares about our success, always pushing us to do our best while offering support whenever needed. It’s refreshing to be part of a company that values both its employees and customers. The entire team is great, and the company itself is committed to providing top-notch services. I’m grateful to be here and excited for what’s ahead!

Pros

Weekly pay for those desperate

Cons

Low pay, long hours during OEP, no exact pay structure they literally just pay you what they think your worth day by day (seriously) which should be illegal- but how they get away with it is in Florida as long as the daily pay equals to Florida minimum wage requirements of $14 hourly then they can pay you in that manner- meaning shorten your commission or not pay you commission at all ; just the $14 hourly for the amount of time you worked on that day. They have horrible insurance when offered, and they have terrible leads- most leads are low poverty people looking for a refund or stimulus check from Facebook or YouTube. They do not furnish your equipment; you literally have to use your own. Also, they micromanage and watch you on camera all day long from there computer screen and even when you go on breaks they want you to stay logged in to a system that records all conversations going on in your home, even when your own personal breaks and lunches you must stay logged in. You must work MANDATORY 12 to 15 hours shifts during OEP ! Oh and god forbid you have kids; they will not let you bend the rules to pick them up from school/childcare; or to take to a doctor appointments, recitals, practice etc! You have to be fully committed and locked in during OEP and find babysitters to watch your child from November 1st to mid January or they will term you. You will be severely overworked and underpaid! Do not recommend!
