      Opportunity to work from home after you achieve metrics. This changes constantly. Clean kitchen area. Great view of the city, Management is knowledgeable about the insurance industry

      Cons

      Nepotism--Favoritism in hiring family and friends--which leads to perceived unfairness--low morale--decreased trust-- causes reduced productivity--high turnover. This is their recipe!!!!

      Pros

      Flexible schedule and the opportunity to work from home. Smaller office environment so it’s easier to get to know your co workers. It’s nice to see women in leadership in the office.

      Cons

      High paced claims job. You have to be ready to work.
