      Work-life balance is great at this company, as well as renumeration for workload.

      Cons

      The culture in terms team-bonding and cohesiveness can definitely be improved upon. Management showing more leadership and level-headedness during crunch periods also needs addressing.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule and the opportunity to work from home. Smaller office environment so it’s easier to get to know your co workers. It’s nice to see women in leadership in the office.

      High paced claims job. You have to be ready to work.

      Friendly coworkers Great start to enter into claims Paid training to get your adjuster license

      Cons

      Fast paced (you either excel or you will be fired) The longer you stay the more overwhelmed you become No bonuses Only benefit is that they provide free snacks Hard to get work from home days because you have to earn it first
