Pros
The owners of the company (two brothers) take excellent care of their employees. They go above and beyond to try and accommodate everyone, like hosting a BBQ every Friday so employees can eat for free.
Cons
Some of the Marketing Managers, specifically the Director of Affiliate Marketing, are really awful. I myself, as well as multiple others before and after me, chose to leave after being verbally assaulted and bullied by some of these individuals. I'm not sure how or why, but for some reason these individuals continue to fly under the radar from the owners, even though these people are a detriment to the company.
