Cons
I have been employed at InBoss and had nothing but bad experiences. The environment is toxic and unsafe, with little to no effort made by management to address these issues. HR is completely ineffective and unable to settle even the most basic issues like pay disputes. Pay issues are a constant problem, with errors reported every payout, but are never appropriately resolved. Even though the company talks about having a "family" culture, in reality, they prioritize business above everything. It is challenging to feel heard or supported because of the management's lack of empathy and communication. HR and Management are often out of reach, further contributing to the disconnect and frustration among employees. All in all, it's an upsetting and challenging place to work.
