Pros

Mission-centered company creating insulin pumps for people with diabetes, so your work is making a difference in peoples' lives. Many incredibly gifted, talented employees.

Cons

Biotech is going to be high-pressure, but it doesn't have to be this bad. Leadership makes decisions in a vacuum that add unnecessary work to already overloaded staff, and won't listen when staff pushes back on bad ideas or unrealistic demands.

Horrible CEO, outsourcing like crazy, customers are insane, no stability unless you are in the office. Now there are a lot of layoffs and outsourcing
