      Laid back environment, nice facilities and people. Company has a lot of potential for growth and makes a great life enhancing product.

      Cons

      Unorganized, poor leadership and training. Too many people for the amount of work to go around. Needs to modernize the flow and operation of daily routines.

      Horrible CEO, outsourcing like crazy, customers are insane, no stability unless you are in the office. Now there are a lot of layoffs and outsourcing
