Pros
The benefit package is competitive, great health, dental and life insurance policies. The actual product is great as well helps improve the lives of patients living with diabetes. This is also the type of job that recent graduates can take on and gain experience.
Cons
LOTS of cons. Management is completely out of tune with their staff and we often feel overworked, underpaid and under appreciated. You can expect a lot of politics, favoritism and drama, that often trickles down from the executive level. No good systems and workflows are put in place, management just "wings it" and it is very visible to the support staff. If you also expect professional growth and guidance this is definitely not the place to be!
