      Pros

      The pay was great and the commute was awesome. Equipment was good too (no cheap stuff from PC's to phones to even chairs) Also you only deal with one product which they manufacture themselves - you learn alot about insurance and diabetes

      Cons

      Team leads and managers do NOTHING - the employees do all the work

      Good colleagues, remote work, overtime possibilities

      Cons

      Horrible CEO, outsourcing like crazy, customers are insane, no stability unless you are in the office. Now there are a lot of layoffs and outsourcing
