Pros
The product itself is innovative and exciting. Helping patients get onto the system is very rewarding. Fellow coworkers are great to work with.
Cons
Upper and middle management are TERRIBLE. They do not understand what coaching/feedback is nor do they understand how to communicate properly. You are worked to exhaustion and then feel degraded when you aren't given even so much as a pat on the back.
