Project management is extremely poor. Incomplete planning and underestimating the amount of time it takes for key deadlines to be completed are two contributors to way more overtime work being done than should be or is acknowledged.

Horrible CEO, outsourcing like crazy, customers are insane, no stability unless you are in the office. Now there are a lot of layoffs and outsourcing
