      Instrumentel is a small family like company. I really enjoyed working there. People helping each other. It's an awesome place if you want to learn about Electronic or programming.

      # Didn't let me to change team (from Hardware to Firmware) when the internal opportunity came.

      The majority of employees at Instrumentel are a really good bunch of people and progression into unipart is a big positive.

      Cons

      The narcissist manager is a real issue and is the main reason for the high turn over of staff.
