      Pros

      Instrument only work, all very technical and the skill levels of supervisors and seniors that are best in the industry. Learned a heap even though I thought I was already experienced.

      Cons

      No roster, being a contractor you’re having to work at the clients desired dates.

      Pros

      Experience gained across multiple different brands of instrumentation and a range of different sites/industries

      Cons

      Work you like a dog, even if you are working a roster they won't give you the full rnr as you are only contracted to get weekends off. Pay was well below market rate, especially when casuals would come in on shut-downs and be more than 25% above you. Worked more hours than I would have on a 2/1 roster yet never got more than 3 days off in a row if I didn't book annual leave.
